Our HID retrofit kits are a great option when you need to need to make the decision to replace an entire fixture or retrofit the current one.
- If the fixture is in good shape, retrofitting is the better option as it will save you on time and labor costs.
- A major benefit of the HID retrofit kit is with the driver mounted separately, it helps to keep the heat away from the LEDs.
- Additionally, since the HIDRP kit only has LEDS mounted on one side, it forces the light down where as a corn lamp that has LED’s in a 360 degree can lose some of the light in the fixture housing.
